What is The Rec Games?
The Rec Games rents lawn and table games with a classic, minimalist, retro aesthetic. Bringing a new level of engagement to every event, The Rec Games serves as the perfect ice-breaker, bringing your guests together over some friendly competition!

How it works
1. Email us the date, time and location of your event.
We’ll check our availability and provide you with a final quote.
You’ll pay a 50% deposit to reserve your date & pay the remaining balance one week prior to your event.
2. We deliver & set up everything.
As your event nears, we’ll nail down details (set-up/pick-up times, game layout,, etc.) with you or your event planner.
On the day of your event, we will deliver, set-up, and pick-up the games. You won’t lift a finger until you pick up a paddle and start playing!
3. You celebrate!
Every one of our packages include hands-free delivery, setup and breakdown, and free delivery within 50 round trip miles of our headquarters.
All you have to do it enjoy your day and play!

Travel & Other Fees

We offer free delivery within 50 roundtrip miles from our headquarters in:
Portland, Maine
Salt Lake City, Utah
San Diego, California

For locations beyond 25 miles from our headquarters, we charge a $200 travel fee + $2.00 per additional mile.

For locations further than a 6 hour round trip drive, we charge a $500 overnight travel fee + $2.00 per additional mile.

$100/hour for each additional gaming hour beyond the 4 included in our standard price.

Yes! If your venue requires a Certificate of Insurance, we can provide one for an additional $200 fee. This covers the processing and administrative costs associated with securing the documentation.
